All rooms are lockable and are equiped with mosquito net to the window.

Common area of the share house are cleaned by cleaning agent.
 Utility (Gas, Water, Electricity, Internet, detergent, paper, tissue etc) is 8000 YEN per month and person.
 Deposit is 25000 YEN (refund when living).
